Bryan Burrell
Program Director
While in college Bryan started his first entrepreneur career in the marketing field 2005. Bryan was mentored from a gentlemen that helped start the companies Herbal Life and ACN and best friends with the late Jim Rohn. With the knowledge acquired from the marketing business venture and his mentors, Bryan was able to become a marketing consultant for various clients while also becoming familiar with producing content for different marketing mediums (internet, TV, radio, etc)
Bryan also learned the skill of internet marketing (CPC, CPV, CPA, Blogging, Social Media, and Video), assisted with placing magazine publications (Care2Play Sports and Ballin’ Magazine) in the marketplace.
Although Bryan is an entrepreneur at heart, he also has a great passion for sports. He grew up playing the sport of basketball and while in college helped the UNLV Women’s Basketball Program. He later followed that with helping the JYD Project, a non profit, with various basketball camps and help launch their initiative Shooting For Peace. In addition, in the basketball world Bryan has worked with USA basketball, helped launch the BIG3’s Young3 program, and helped create shows that have aired on TV
Bryan has a degree from UNLV in Business Management and a minor in finance. In addition to his Community Awards, his community efforts has helped start the Shooting For Peace program where 100k+ students have benefitted from digital education and $10M in scholarships have been awarded over the years to students
Today Bryan is an investor, serial entrepreneur, the Director of Operations for MBA Media Group and the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Basketball Retired Players Association.

Johnnie William III – Midwest Regional Manager
Johnnie Williams III is an Encouragement Specialist that has leveraged much of his time, talents and relationships for the benefit of youth on a local, national and international level.
Johnnie collaborates with an international team of consultants that assist organizations with the development of community projects, youth products and small business programs. He has co-authored 3 children’s books, 2 financial literacy workbooks and behavior tracking programs. He has provided more than 1,800 public presentations to over 1 million youth, uniquely positioning him to advise parents and education professionals on components that produce student success stories.
Gabby Williams – Southeast Regional Manager
A force to be reckoned with in the world of volleyball, Gabby Williams has made an indelible impact on the sport. Hailing from a lineage deeply rooted in athletic prowess, Gabby’s journey began on the courts of BBC Las Vegas, where she played a pivotal role in securing first-place finishes in the Gold Bracket at both the 2017 and 2018 AAU West Coast Championships.
An exemplar of dedication and skill, Gabby’s commitment to excellence mirrors the impressive legacy of her family. Her sister, Giselle, follows in her footsteps as a distinguished member of the Georgetown volleyball team, while their father, Jerome Williams, carved his path through basketball at Georgetown before an illustrious nine-year NBA career.
Gabby’s achievements on the volleyball court stand as a testament to her unwavering work ethic and her ability organize and execute in a team environment. Her family oriented mentality , steeped in a tradition of sporting success, echoes throughout her career.

Sherae Lash – West Regional Manager
A graduate of Arizona State University, Sherae stands as a testament to the fusion of academic achievement and professional success. Armed with a degree and a fervor for excellence, Sherae has carved a niche for herself in the dynamic realm of management.
As a seasoned Project Manager, Sherae has seamlessly navigated the intricate landscapes of various firms, bringing her strategic vision and organizational prowess to the forefront. Her portfolio is a canvas of successful projects that showcase not only her proficiency but also her commitment to delivering results.
